Writing about sleepers in early March is tricky. Free agency and the NFL Draft are upon us, and a lot could change with NFL rosters — and the players listed here.
But these are guys who I hope will be in good standing with their teams by the time we get to the summer. I’m hopeful that they will be impact players in 2022, and these are guys I plan to draft with mid- to late-round picks because they have huge potential.
I’ll be doing several versions of sleepers between now and August, but this is Sleepers 1.0. So let’s take an early look at players you should be excited about in 2022.
Other sleeper quarterbacks to consider: Kirk Cousins, Ryan Tannehill and Jameis Winston
Other sleeper running backs to consider: Tony Pollard, Chris Carson, Ke’Shawn Vaughn, James Robinson
Other sleeper wide receivers to consider: Rashod Bateman, Kenny Golladay, Marquez Callaway, Nico Collins
Other sleeper tight ends to consider: Irv Smith, Brevin Jordan and Donald Parham
